Shipping/Delivery Policy


1. Courier Services

Fragrances purchased through Aura-X are delivered to the customer’s chosen physical address within South Africa through our courier partner.

Major cities: 2–5 business days
Regional or outlying areas: up to 7 business days

Customers in regional or outlying areas may experience an additional delivery time of up to 2 business days. Where this applies, customers will be notified.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched same day (Mon–Fri)

  • Orders placed after 1 PM or during weekends/public holidays are dispatched next business day

Customers will receive:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Courier tracking information once shipped

3. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach the customer after two attempts, the order may:

  • Be returned to Aura-X 

  • Require re-shipping at the customer’s expense

4. Address Errors

If incorrect address details are provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur

  • Re-delivery fee may apply
